Walter Coles, Sr.
CEO & Chairman
Mr. Coles had a 30 year career in the U.S. Foreign Service. He was a key architect for U.S. policy initiatives on privatization and land reform implementation in countries that comprised the former Soviet Union. After leaving the State Department, Mr. Coles worked as an international consultant in privatization and land reform issues. Mr. Coles founded Virginia Uranium Inc. in 2007. He is also the owner and operator of a cattle and grain business on the Coles Hill Property. He has a Bachelors degree from The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina, and is a licensed commercial pilot.
Peter Grosskopf
Director
Mr. Grosskopf is Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Inc. Mr. Grosskopf has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and an extensive background as an advisor and underwriter to companies in a wide variety of sectors. In addition to his role at Sprott, he also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Sprott Resource Lending Corp., and President of Sprott Consulting. Prior to joining Sprott, he was President of Cormark Securities Inc. Over the course of his career, Mr. Grosskopf has established a track record of successfully building and growing businesses. Prior to joining Cormark, Mr. Grosskopf was one of the co-founders of Newcrest Capital Inc., which was acquired by the TD Bank Financial Group in 2000. Mr. Grosskopf holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario.
Ron Hochstein

Mr. Hochstein is President and Chief Executive Officer of Denison Mines Corp. Prior to leading Denison Mines, Mr. Hochstein was a Project Manager with Simons Mining Group and was with Noranda Minerals as a metallurgical engineer. Mr. Hochstein is a Professional Engineer and holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. from the University of Alberta.
Norm Reynolds
Director
Mr. Reynolds has over 30 years of experience in mineral exploration and development in Canada and the United States. From 1976 to 1985 he worked exclusively in the uranium industry, mainly in Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories and Virginia. As President of Marline, Mr. Reynolds was directly responsible for uranium exploration efforts in the Eastern United States which lead to the discovery of the Coles Hill Property in Virginia. From 1985 to 2005, Mr. Reynolds founded, operated and sold ProMark, a significant national geophysical service firm with over 400 employees. Mr. Reynolds has a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alberta and is a Registered Professional Geologist in Virginia and Georgia. Norm Reynolds has lived in Chatham, Virginia since 1982.
Neal Keesee
Senior Legal Counsel
For over two decades, Mr. Keesee has practiced various aspects of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, contracts, computer law, tax law, financing, creditor's rights, and venture capital. A native of Lynchburg, Virginia, Mr. Keesee earned his B.S. in accounting at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the College of William & Mary. He teaches law as an adjunct professor at Washington and Lee University.

Mr. Coles was an equity and high yield bond analyst for Cadence Investment Partners, LLC, a New York based event-driven hedge fund, from 2005 through to the beginning of 2007. Previously, he worked at UBS Investment Bank as a research analyst from 1999 through 2005, covering companies in multiple sectors. Mr. Coles has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Richmond.
Graham G. Moylan
Director
Mr. Moylan is an experienced finance professional and brings many years of combined experience across mining, capital markets, finance and accounting in both Canada and the United States. Graham is currently Chief Financial Officer of Energy Fuels Inc. (TSX:EFR), the largest conventional producer of uranium in the United States. Mr. Moylan was a Director with Dundee Capital Markets' investment banking group for seven years, gaining significant financing and M&A transaction experience within the uranium sector. Prior to joining Dundee Capital Markets, Mr. Moylan was employed by KPMG LLP in their New York and Northern Virginia offices. Mr. Moylan began his career with IBM Canada in their finance group in Toronto. Mr. Moylan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (Colorado) and has Honours Bachelor of Arts and Master of Management and Professional Accounting degrees from the University of Toronto.
Mr. Moylan has been selected as Energy Fuels' nominee to Virginia Energy's board of directors and would also serve on the audit committee.
Michael Cathro, M.Sc., P.Geo.
Vice President, Exploration
Mr. Cathro is a registered professional geoscientist in British Columbia and holds a B.Sc (Honours, Geological Sciences) from Queen's University and a M.Sc. (Geology) from the Colorado School of Mines. His career has included work as an exploration geologist with major and junior mining companies in Canada and overseas, and 17 years in technical and management roles with the BC Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources. Prior to leaving government in early 2008, Mike led the team that successfully completed the aboriginal consultation, environmental review and permitting of the New Afton copper-gold project, now one of the largest underground metal mines in Canada. Mike also currently serves as VP Exploration for Anthem Resources Inc., Director of Nickel North Exploration Corp. and Director of Geoscience BC. Over the years he has volunteered in various capacities with industry associations including the Kamloops Exploration Group (KEG) and the Association of Mineral Exploration British Columbia (AME BC).
